My mom made this on our recent family reunion and it was yummy. She didn't put it in individual martini glasses but it still tasted delish.
Shrimp, tomatoes and avocado combine to form a wonderful dip.
1/2 C cold water
1 C chopped Roma tomatoes
1 C chopped onion
1/4 C cilantro chopped fine
1/2 Tablespoon Jalapeno pepper chopped
6 Tablespoons Avocado in 1/2 inch chunks
3/4 Cup Heinz Ketchup
2 teaspoon lime juice
1 Tablespoon red Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon green Tabasco sauce
1/4 Tablespoon Worcestershire (gluten-free)
1/4 Tablespoon Cajun Chef Hot sauce
Stir all together and this yields about a quart. Add cooked shrimp to mixture (recipe doesn't say how much) and serve in a martini glass.
Like I said, we didn't do martini glasses, it was one big bowl and then a huge bowl of chips.
Yum!
