This is another dip that my mom made while we were there, this one is a creamier dip while the other is a salsa-y dip. Yes, that is a real category of dips and no, I didn't make it up. I really didn't.
My mom made this on our recent family reunion and it was yummy. She didn't put it in individual martini glasses but it still tasted delish. Shrimp, tomatoes and avocado combine to form a wonderful dip.
